Careington Benefit Solutions' High Performance Sales Unit is a specialty sales and retention team made up of nationally licensed agents in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance. This experienced, high performing customer engagement team is focused on consumer education at the point of enrollment, driving customer acquisition and supporting long-term retention.

We integrate this team's proven sales success into customized client solutions, supporting sales-driven and retention-focused initiatives. Whether your needs involve digital, agent-assisted or multichannel enrollment, we have the infrastructure and expertise to deliver.

Whether you need customized invoices for individual members or consolidated statements for multiple groups, we streamline the entire billing process, from payment collection to reconciliation, with accuracy, speed and full compliance.

Our in-house claims unit is dedicated to full claims administration for dental and other ancillary products. We manage secure processing and payment of insured, self- and level-funded dental claims. All claims are processed in accordance with each unique clients' requirements and audited monthly in accordance with agreed-upon client-specific Service Level Agreements. We offer customer service for all claims inquiries.

For level-funded solutions, when a client hits their stop-loss, we facilitate the transition to the reserve account. We also have multiple partners in the stop-loss insurance space to help mitigate high claims on self- and level-funded plans.

We have an in-house, state-of-the-art facility that specializes in digital printing, fulfillment and mailing services — no job is too big or small!

We provide a wide range of customizable, efficient and adaptive solutions, including insured policy documents, branded marketing materials, full-color booklets and more.

We provide full-service commission management and administrative support for complex, multitier agency, agent and broker structures. Our platform links external brokers directly to individual member records, enabling accurate monthly commission payments to up to nine agents or brokers per member.
